What is a residential lease agreement in Kazakhstan?

How to Finalize Your Lease

  1. Please fill in the parties' details in full: full name/company name, IIN/BIN, addresses and contact details.
  2. Prepare a handover certificate containing a detailed inventory of the assets and a statement of the condition of the premises.
  3. Agree on and set out the amount of the security deposit, the conditions for deductions, and the deadline for its return (recommended: 30 calendar days).
